Lean and Toned is an 8-week program that incorporates Metabolic Conditioning (METCON), GOAL-driven workouts. Metabolic Conditioning is not one specific workout routine or program, but encompasses several different methods, which include HIIT, circuit training and compound training to name just a few.
Lean and Toned is designed to burn more calories during and after your workout!
Not only does this program help you burn more body-fat as compared to steady-state exercise - walking on the treadmill for 60 minutes - it burns more body-fat during each exercise session, actually keeping your metabolism elevated long after you’ve stopped, due to EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption), sometimes called the "after-burn".
Simply put, LEAN & TONED help you build muscle, burn body-fat and get in better shape than ever before!
The program is divided into four, 2-week blocks. This means that you need to perform the same week twice before moving onto the next week. Each week is more intense and challenges you in different ways. So, be sure that you aren't skipping any weeks. Work through it and trust the process.

All of our Over 40 Fitness Programs have rolling enrollment, so you can at start anytime. However, once you have purchased your online program, your plan will begin on the next following Monday after you have signed up. Once you do start, you will have immediate access to the entire 8-week program.
You will receive an email prompting you to download the App. From here you will be able to set-up your profile, review your program and fill out our health questionnaires. At any time you can submit any questions or concerns you may have, along with discussing any customization that might be needed for just you.
You will also receive your 7 day meal plan within 24-48 hours after signing up, so you can start meal planning and prepping. You will always be able to access your program through the app or desktop. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, reach out via email or directly through the app.
