The Donny King Fitness App has been designed to help you count and track your calories and macronutrients. The app automatically calculates these things for you based on your body composition and your body goals. That's what makes it so powerful. You no longer need to manually weigh everything, read food labels and then calculate calorie after calorie.


In this guide, we will take a look at how to set up the APP to suit your goals and how to make the most of it. The APP contains hidden gems that you may not have known about, and the good news is that we will cover these in this guide.

Getting Started

To start, if we have not sent you a direct link to it, you will need to download the APP from the apple or play store. You can find them using the links below.


Once you download the APP, go to the SETTINGS section to set up your profile. Also, Please take a couple moments to watch each of the following videos to help you become familiar with many of the features of the app.

Learn how to view and log your Nutrition Section. This is where you can see any nutrition plan we have assigned to you and log the foods you've eaten for any given day.
