    Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive an email prompting you to download the App. From here you will be able to set up your profile, review your program and fill out our health and nutrition questionnaires. At any time you can send us any questions or concerns you may have, along with discussing any customization that might be needed for just you.

    You will also receive your 7 day meal plan, so you can start meal planning and prepping. You will always be able to access your program through the app or desktop. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, reach out via email or directly through the app.


    Our Cancelation Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for participants of our Online Fitness Program. Should you decide to cancel your enrollment, we kindly request a 30-day notice period prior to the next billing cycle. This advance notice allows us to manage our resources effectively and accommodate other participants accordingly. During this 30-day period, you will continue to have full access to the program and its benefits. This policy ensures that all participants have ample time to make informed decisions while allowing us to uphold the quality of our services.
