Our programs are designed to help you build muscle, improve mobility, boost metabolism, and enhance overall health - no matter your current fitness level.

​We know that traditional fitness programs don’t always work for the needs of active adults and older athletes. That’s why we focus on safe, effective, and results-driven training methods that fit your lifestyle and help you move better, feel stronger, and age with confidence.

Throughout our time together, we will strive to make your sessions as individualized as possible, effective, and lots of fun. When you sign up with Melissa or myself you can expect regular education, support, guidance and most of all – accountability.​​
Come Train With Us
We offer two personal training programs to help you reach your goals. Whether you prefer live, in-person coaching or a hybrid approach combining in-person training with online support, we have a program designed for you.
​Live, In-Person Training:
Experience the energy, motivation, and accountability of training in a small group setting! Our in-person small group training sessions are designed for men and women over 40 who want the guidance of a certified strength coach and the camaraderie of like-minded individuals.
You can choose to work out with us as often you like, but most clients opt for one to three training sessions per week for maximum effectiveness. Training sessions are typically 60-minutes and are semi-private, with you working out during the same time slot (not necessarily the same training program or workout) with 1 to 2 other people.

HYBRID Training Program:
Get the best of both worlds with our HYBRID program! This unique program combines the convenience of online personal training with the powerful benefits of live, in-person coaching. Ideal for women over 40 who need flexibility but still value face-to-face guidance, this program offers everything you need to stay on track and see results.

If you live in Coppell, Carrollton, or any of the surrounding areas, and you would like to train with us, contact us today to set up your first workout! All one on one individual and group training takes place at the fitness and training areas at American Indoor Sports Facility, located in Carrollton, Texas, at 1400 Hebron Parkway, West Carrollton TX 75010. American Indoor is one of the best stocked workout facilities in the area with approximately 5,000 sq.ft. of workout area.




What To Expect

We work on an appointment based schedule to allow you the time required for your personal training session.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Please be on time for your appointments. If you are late for a session it will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay the fee for the session.

Due to this schedule it is important that you give sufficient notice when you need to cancel an appointment. This means a cancellation should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel a training session within this time will result in you being charged for the session. Should you wish to reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 12 hours notice is required. We will do our best to accommodate this.

We understand that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 12 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if Melissa or myself are notified prior to the session start time. No-shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.

AIS requires a $25 membership fee ($27.07 with tax) for all individuals.

Clients are asked to make their monthly payment via Zelle, Venmo. Cash or checks are of course still accepted.

Sessions and session packages will be pre-paid in advance and expire 90 days from the date of purchase.
