Our online personal training programs provide you with expert-designed workout routines, nutritional guidance, and progress tracking tools – all accessible through our user-friendly platform. This approach allows you to receive personalized attention without the time constraints and potential inconveniences of in-person appointments. You can access your workouts whenever it suits you, ensuring your fitness journey seamlessly integrates into your lifestyle.

Each of our programs are divided into four-week blocks. Every four weeks you will receive a brand set of workouts. Each week is more intense and challenges you in different ways. So, be sure that you aren't skipping any weeks. Work through it and trust the process. Every program has an "At Home" and "At the Gym" option.

Once you have completed your registration and purchase of your online program, your plan will begin on the 1st Monday or the 3rd Monday of the current or the following month.
(Example: If you sign up on the 5th of May, 2023, your program begins on the 15ht of May, 2023. If you sign up on the 17th of May, 2023, your program begins on the 5th of June, 2023.)​ Please contact us if you need further clarification.
So even before you actually begin, you will have a clear roadmap and guidance throughout the program, helping you progress consistently and achieve the best possible results.
During this time, you will receive an email prompting you to download the App. From here you will be able to
set up your profile, review your program and fill out our health and nutrition questionnaires.
At any time you can send us any questions or concerns you may have, along with discussing any customization that might be needed for just you.
You will also receive your 7 day meal plan, so you can start meal planning and prepping. You will always be able to access your program through the app or desktop. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, reach out via email or directly through the app.

Our fit over 40 training programs are goal-driven programs. We take into account your medical, injury and physical fitness history, your current lifestyle, your present level of fitness and type of activities, your nutritional habits and more. This information along with your goals, interests and needs, allows us to create a custom-designed program that will make it easier for you to follow and achieve results.
