Lean and Toned is designed to burn more calories during and after your workout by incorporating fat-burning, muscle-building workouts, including HIIT, circuit training and compound training to name just a few.


In addition, we have adopted a carb cycling approach to nutrition that will help shred fat and lean down quickly and safely. Not only will you melt away unwanted fat you will attack other energy systems to ensure that you are ready to face the day to day tasks with out fail. Weight loss, performance and lean muscle, all in one!


Not only does this program help you burn more body-fat compared to steady-state exercise - walking on the treadmill for 60 minutes, it burns more body-fat during each exercise session, actually keeping your metabolism elevated long after you have finished exercising.


Lean & Toned fitness plan is a goal-driven program. We take into account your medical, injury and physical fitness history, your current lifestyle, your present level of fitness and type of activities, your nutritional habits and more. This information along with your goals, interests and needs, allows us to create the most goal-oriented designed program that will make it easier for you to follow and achieve results.

All of our fit over 40 training programs begins on the FIRST and THIRD Monday of every month. Once you have completed your registration and purchase of your online program, your plan will begin on the 1st or the 3rd Monday of the current/following month.


(Example: If you sign up on the 5th of May, 2023, your program begins on the 15ht of May, 2023. If you sign up on the 17th of May, 2023, your program begins on the 5th of June, 2023.)


So even before you actually begin, you will have a clear roadmap and guidance throughout the program, helping you progress consistently and achieve the best possible results.


During this time, you will receive an email prompting you to download the App. From here you will be able to set-up your profile, review your program and fill out our health and nutrition questionnaires. At any time you can send us any questions or concerns you may have, along with discussing any customization that might be needed for just you.
